Funkommunity is a new group from New Zealand founded by Isaac Aesili. He has  teamed up with singer Rachel Fraser to form this five-piece band that blends hip hop, soul and funk with extraordinary ease. Their brand new single released on Melting Pot Music is titled “Pass it on” and  there will be an album, ‘Checkered Thoughts’, in March 2012. But for now, check out the great video of their album teaser “Pass it On”…
